This site presents three distinct structures: the services of a sole trader, an association being set up and a production company being formed. What has already been granted is marked "in place"; what is being obtained is marked "in progress" and will be completed as soon as it is received.

Once granted, each training declaration number will be followed by the statement required by French law: "Cet enregistrement ne vaut pas agrément de l'État" (this registration does not amount to State approval). No Qualiopi logo is shown until certification is obtained.

Jean-Cyrille Merle-Remond, founder of La Lettre, reachable at [email protected]. Once they are created, the association and the company will be represented, for their own pages, by their legal representative, who will become their publication director.

The texts, layouts, logos, visuals, learning paths and teaching tools on this site are protected by copyright. Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, without written permission is prohibited (French intellectual property code, article L122-4).
Short quotations are allowed, with the author's name and the source (article L122-5).
The dramatic cards method is a work of its authors. The oath "Legitimacy as a resource" is a text by Jean-Cyrille Merle-Remond.
Works quoted, in particular those of D. W. Winnicott, P. Benghozi, B. Wilder and J. L. Mankiewicz, belong to their authors and publishers; they are quoted under the right of short quotation.
What participants create during the workshops and the training course belongs to them.
The photos on this site belong to Jean-Cyrille Merle-Remond; any reproduction without his written consent is prohibited.
