A plain-language page on who sells, what it costs, how you pay, and what happens if either of us has to cancel. These terms apply to every service on this door. The quote you accept completes them; if the quote says otherwise, the quote wins.
Services are delivered and invoiced by Jean-Cyrille Merle-Remond, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel, France), registered under SIREN 490 693 512, VAT-exempt under the French small-business scheme (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B CGI). Registered office: Marseille (the full address appears on every quote and invoice). Contact: [email protected].
Awareness sessions, training (HACCP, accident and musculoskeletal-disorder prevention), on-site diagnostics, help writing food-safety plans and approval files. For schools, training bodies, local authorities and businesses.
"Discover video games with AI" (4 hours) and "Build your character" (a few hours), for groups or individuals.
Sorting documents, dating facts, writing questions before an appointment with a professional. Never legal advice (French law of 31 December 1971, art. 54): when a legal opinion is needed, we say so and point you to the right person.
Training days, project support, talks. The exact content is described in the quote.
Prices are final (no VAT to add). Unless stated otherwise on this door, every service is quoted: the price depends on duration, headcount and travel. Quotes are free and sent within 48 working hours.
There is no order until you accept the quote (signature, or an e-mail saying "quote accepted"). From then on the date is held for you and we prepare the session. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Marseille, Brignoles and nearby: included unless the quote says otherwise. Further away: the quote states travel (and, if needed, accommodation) costs — no surprises afterwards.
Today, by bank transfer on receipt of the invoice (the IBAN is on the invoice). Online card payment will soon be offered for fixed-price workshops through a secure payment provider; no card data is ever stored on this site.
Invoice after the session, payable within 30 days. For assignments spanning several weeks the quote may require a 30% deposit on order. Late payment: statutory interest and the €40 fixed recovery fee required by French law (art. L441-10 of the Commercial Code).
Payment before or on the day of the workshop, as stated in the quote. A fixed-price workshop booked online is paid at booking.
Diaries move; we know. The rule is the same for everyone, counted in days before the planned date:
Cancel or reschedule at no cost. Anything already paid is refunded in full.
Half the price remains due — or we reschedule within three months at no cost, which is what we will offer first.
The full price remains due, except in cases of force majeure (documented illness, accident, serious event): then we reschedule or refund, no argument.
Illness, serious impediment, conditions that make the session impossible: we tell you as soon as we know and offer a new date. If it does not suit you, everything you paid is refunded by bank transfer within 14 days. We never invoice a service that did not take place.
Refunds are made by the same means as the payment (transfer to your account, or card if you paid by card) within 14 days of the decision. All you need to do is e-mail us. If a delivered service does not match what the quote said, write within 15 days: we look at it together and correct, redo or refund the part concerned.
Depending on the service: a gesture sheet, a report or priority list, training material, a named attendance certificate, the scene or character created in a workshop. Materials may be used internally; they may not be resold or republished without agreement.
What you create in a workshop belongs to you. Your documents, figures and anything said during a session stay confidential. No personal data is stored on this site; forms arrive by e-mail, and only what is needed for the quote and invoice is kept, for the period the law requires for invoices.
We start by talking: an e-mail, a call, and in most cases that is enough. If not, a consumer may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator, whose details are given on the quote and on request once the current membership is finalised. For professionals, failing an amicable agreement, the courts of Marseille have jurisdiction. French law applies.
