An attestation describes what was genuinely observed. It is neither a diploma nor a professional title, and we say so clearly. The value comes from honesty.
Personal information is collected only as strictly necessary, kept protected, and never diverted from its purpose. A charter governs every use.
Resources dedicated to the mission serve the mission. No blurring, no distribution of profits: separate, verifiable accounts.
Decisions that commit the association are made within a clear framework, where no one is both judge and interested party. Sensitive situations are documented and supervised.
Each stage only opens once the previous one has genuinely been completed. Nothing is presented as a given until it actually is.
The association is currently being established. No funding has been secured to date. We always communicate about what has been done, never about what is merely hoped for.
LA LETTRE brings together a public-interest mission (the non-profit association) and the tool that serves it. The two are linked by the value they create together, but wholly separated by law and accounting.
The tool feeds the mission, the mission gives meaning to the tool. That is what makes the project alive and useful.
Separate accounts, separate governance, no distribution of profits. The public interest never finances the rest.
The separation is documented and enforceable. It must be possible to show it at any time to anyone who wants to verify it.
